Screenshot	Description
The Patient Screen	This is where you enter important patient information.
The Patient Profile Screen	You use this screen to enter information regarding the patient's treatment needs. You can think of this at their chart.
Appointment Screen	This is the scheduling part of Planetrehab.
Charges Screen	This is where you check off charges for the treatment session.
Notes Screen	This is where you enter treatment notes (documentation) for the visit.
Printed Note	A printed sample of a "Daily" note.
Analysis by Insurance Company report	This is a scaled down version of the very useful insurance analysis report.
Schedule Tracking Report	This report breaks down, by date, a therapist's schedule.
